A bespoke frame to display a poster of flags from a design from 1898. I decided to base the design of the frame from the flag of the union between Norway and Sweden. The colours of the flags are represented by species of trees that can be found in both Norway and Sweden; blue being made from walnut, white is silver birch, red is yew, and yellow is pine.
